Mr.Bueno is an Albuquerque-based artist with 26 years of painting experience and 18 years as a tattooer. He grew up in the South Valley and Barrels neighborhoods of Albuquerque, New Mexico, where community, culture, and environment strongly shaped his artistic voice.

His work is influenced by fine art traditions, tattoo culture, early exposure to graffiti, and visual elements drawn from Japanese art, comic books, and cartoon imagery. These influences come together through bold line work, character-driven compositions, and symbolic narratives that explore identity, memory, and lives experience.

Mr. Bueno has exhibited in various solo and group shows and has participated in live painting events that emphasize process, presence and audience connection. Working across multiple surfaces— including canvas, skin, and live environments— allows him to bridge fine art and street-influence practices.
