Heart-Coherence Meditation Session

Join Michelle for a grounding, heart-centered practice open to all levels. We'll begin with a gentle seated warm-up, then settle the mind through balancing breathwork and meditation. The session culminates in a profound visualization technique for channeling energy through the heart - cultivating healing within ourselves, one another, and the community.

No experience with yogic practices is necessary. A meditation cushion or pillow is encouraged but not required.

Michelle Albino is a reiki-certified yoga, breathwork, and meditation instructor living in Albuquerque. She teaches kundalini yoga from the tantra lineage, and is passionate about somatic & nervous system regulation techniques.
