Most items will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days. All packages, both domestic and international, are shipped via USPS First Class, Fedex or UPS to the customers expense. Items under 1lb. are shipped priority mail. If you would like a signature required or upgraded shipping, please contact us in advance for a quote. Lapis Room cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Both domestic and international packages that are not accepted at point of delivery are not the responsibility of Lapis Room to reship or refund.
