About the event
Saffron Pigment:
In the Saffron session, artist, Sam Gonzales will give a brief history and demo, and
we’ll tap into creative consciousness through silent meditation while mindfully creating marigold garlands. Michelle will begin by guiding each participant to set a personal intention, then while weaving the garlands, lead the group to observe sensations as they arise, shift, and dissolve, without clinging or resistance.
Join us for a morning of reflection over bagels and tea.
