Hammered Silver Chain
I went to an antique market in Florence, Italy in 2020 and fell in love with these two hammers (I’ll send photos). They were well used and have a ton of character to them. I use them for everything, but mostly to add texture and to implement some sense of tradition into the piece. Markings from a previous artisan are being hammered into the work to add connection to the past, to continue on the theme of relic.
