Astrid Larson-Espejel is a Chicana printmaker and artist from the cities of Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her work weaves together stories and tales from Mexico to New Mexico, drawing on her heritage and upbringing to visualize her lived reality. Astrid earned her B.A. in Linguistics from the University of New Mexico in 2026, where she also studied and learned traditional printmaking techniques, including lithography and serigraphy.
