Join us for a creative and meditative experience in the serene Lapis Room. This session will be led by the lovely Paola Huffmon, who will guide us through intention setting, and mindfulness accompanied by an herbal tea pairing, and community mandala building.

About the event
We'll begin by setting our intentions with a directional prayer offering and an herbal tea pairing from The Old Barrel Tea Company, led by Paola Huffmon. Together we'll explore the profound meaning of mandalas, the elements they include, and how they represent the interconnectedness of all things as a tool for self-exploration and mindfulness.
