About the event

Let's shake our tail feathers!

The endangered Quetzal, celebrated by contemporary and ancient cultures (Mayan and Aztec to name) has inspired us to celebrate the beauty of the bird!

The gallery is filled with stunning avian artwork and Camouflage is still on view.

Bryce Nañez will debut a special painting in support of our local bird refuge!

A small work by Nañez will be available for purchase during SIP Quetzal, of which 100% of the proceeds will go to Wildlife Rescue of New Mexico.

Let's sip Sangria and Palomas while listening to the groovy sounds by The Chachalacas!

Simone's will delight us with this delicious tasting menu:

Welcome taste/Palate Teaser:

Charred orange and gold beet micro salad with preserved orange dressing and edible florals

2nd taste/ Quetzal Taco:

Al pastor on a homemade blue corn tortilla with avocado mango salsa and seeded garnish (vegetarian mushroom carne available by request via email)

To Finish:

Avocado coconut ice cream with a fried sage shortbread

You'll have no egrets!

This is an intimate gathering with limited tickets available. Must be 21+ to attend. All experiences included in tickets.

The event is from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
